1. One-on-One Coaching. Enjoy 45-60 minute bi-weekly coaching sessions for the encouragement and direction you need to get healthy. Diana is committed to your success and offers additional unlimited coaching by phone or email.
2. Corporate/Group Weight Loss Program. This is perfect for corporate team-building and also works well for friends and family who want to lose weight together but may have struggled in the past. Diana has the perfect 8-session, 16-week plan for groups. Everyone receives healthy supplements (no diet pills!), handouts, reading materials, tips and advice to lose and maintain your goal weight. The program is a lot of fun and much of its proven success is built on the positive support of its participants.
3. Seasonal 10-Day Cleanse. The cleanse is a great way to detoxify your body and rest your digestion while understanding how different foods make you feel. It runs for 10 days and during that time you’ll eliminate certain foods and replace them with cleanse-specific healthy alternatives. During this time, caffeine and alcohol will not be consumed. Here’s what it looks like:
Days 1-4: Each day, you’ll eliminate different food groups from this list: meat, dairy, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds.
Days 5-7: You’ll eat only apples, pears, and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts, arugula, spinach, etc.), in addition to supplementing with a nutrient-dense protein shake. There is no need to be hungry because you can eat as many of the fruits and vegetables as you want. You’ll also take a supplement that supports liver detoxification.
Days 8-10: You will slowly add back food groups while cutting back on the protein shake.
